ULTRON ES-OVM-3 accelerates chiral separation and analysis using reverse-phase HPLC, a feature of ULTRON ES-OVM. It utilizes ovalbumin, an egg white protein, as a chiral recognition ligand, allowing for the chiral identification of many pharmaceuticals that dock with proteins. Chiral analysis of many pharmaceuticals, starting with Clopidogrel bisulfate, which utilizes ULTRON ES-OVM (USP L57), can be completed in 5 to 10 minutes. Oligo analysis HPLC column OligoSep Cartridge

High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) column for oligonucleotide analysis

The OligoSep Cartridge manufactured by ADS Biotec (formerly Transgenomic) is a column for oligonucleotide analysis using ion-pair reverse phase HPLC. The packing material consists of non-porous beads made of alkylated polystyrene-divinylbenzene. Due to the non-porous nature of the beads, it allows for higher precision purification. It can be used not only for quality control of oligonucleotides but also for high-precision analysis of both single-stranded and double-stranded DNA. It is compatible with various types of high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) systems. By using buffers manufactured by ADS Biotec as the mobile phase, high-precision separation can be achieved. Additionally, by following the procedures outlined in the instruction manual to wash the column with 75% acetonitrile, the column can be reused multiple times.
